Allie Szczecinski

Allie Szczecinski, M.Ed., has both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in special education, as well as 15+ years of classroom experience with children in grades K-5. After struggling to find relatable content and helpful resources on social media to support children with significant behavioral needs, Allie started the online platform Miss Behavior. She provides community, resources, and information to educators across the globe and has become a reliable and relatable resource for behavior and social emotional support. In 2020, she released her first book, a picture book titled Roaring Mad Riley. These days Allie is a full time social emotional learning coach at a public elementary school in Chicagoland, a mom of two amazing young children, reading, and loves traveling with her family in their (very limited) spare time.

Katie Bak

Katie Bak is a curriculum designer, international health and wellness speaker, and former middle and high school health teacher. She’s all about leveling up traditional lessons to make them more interactive and catered to easily bored, short-attention-span Gen Z teens. As a proud zillennial, Katie believes that serious topics don’t always require a serious tone—her philosophy blends education with creativity and humor to truly resonate with today’s teens. 

Katie Saj

Katie Saj has worked as a high school English teacher for 17 years at an Indigenous high school for students in the Treaty 5 and Treaty 9 areas of Northern Ontario, Canada. With a Reading Specialist and additional qualifications in Alternative and Special Education she has become an expert at interpreting the curriculum to make it meaningful and memorable for students by taking a holistic approach to teaching and believing that every student can achieve success. In addition to teaching, Katie has worked as a school Literacy Lead, educational consultant and curriculum writer. She is the founder of Mochas and Markbooks creating Secondary ELA  educational resources, as well as Mila Belle Creative Co. designing fonts, clipart and classroom templates.

Caitlin Beltran

Caitlin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Masters in Special Education. She has over 20 years experience in special education, as a classroom aide, a special education teacher and ultimately a BCBA. Stephanie DeLussey

Stephanie is a dual-certified veteran special education teacher, IEP Coach, author, and teacher mentor. She has a passion for creating engaging, adapted resources for teachers and students with disabilities, and is self-proclaimed #datanerd. She understands that not everyone will love IEPs as much as she does, but it is her hope that with the appropriate training and resources, teachers will not only advocate harder for student services and supports, but also bridge the gap between teachers and families to foster a true IEP Team. Peyton Curley, a former teacher from Nashville, TN, transformed her passion for working with children into The Social Emotional Teacher, a thriving business dedicated to supporting social-emotional learning (SEL). Dale Duncan

Dale Duncan taught middle school choral music to over 300 students a year in North Carolina, New Jersey, and Georgia for 30 years. Dale is known by the choral music educator community worldwide as the creator of the S-Cubed Sight Singing Program for Beginners, and he knows how to manage and engage large classrooms (often 50+ students!). During his career, he was honored as a Grammy Music Educator Semi-Finalist and won the National Life Changer of the Year Award. One of Dale’s most important life missions is and always will be to help middle school chorus teachers. Susan has been a speech-language pathologist for more than 45 years. She has specialized in AAC (Augmentative-Alternative Communication); predominantly with children with ASD, and in working with students with significant language learning disorders. Susan has worked in a wide variety of settings; including public and nonpublic schools, group homes, non-profit organization, and her own private practice. She has published research in peer-reviewed professional journals, and has served as both Director of Education and Director of Communication.

Rae Pritchett

Rae Pritchett is a seasoned Special Education Teacher and Coordinator with over 20 years of experience specializing in teaching students with learning disabilities and emotional impairments. Rae holds a Master’s in Education, a CAGS in Educational Leadership, and Board Certification in Special Education. Throughout her career, Rae has earned certifications in General Education, Wilson Reading, LiPS, Project Adventure, CPI, and Project Read, equipping her with a wide range of tools to support diverse learners.
